Scrapbook

After much dragging of feet, EnHui and I decided that we would plunge into scrapbooking. After all, our family has many tales to tell. Some very funny ones although at the time, not all deemed it funny.
God has blessed us with days of laughter and of pain; stretches of sunshine and of rain.
To do justice to a scrapbook, it should be viewed as a book. I have no pictures here. Most welcome to arrange to view my scrapbooks.

Making the Mark with Bookmarks

A big challenge trying to work on a small space. But I pulled it off making bookmarks what I call, a generous size. Well, at least they won't go missing quite so easily.

Antiquated

Save the earth! Don't chuck away those mooncake boxes. You don't like the design? Give it a make over... a complete facelift! Decoupage it! Embellish it! Give those antique boxes that "you" look.

Framed

The beauty of these photo frames is that there are no complex cutting in the back nor fiddly stands! It folds for easy storage.

A Card (Cut) Above the Rest?

Welcome to my world of cards.
I have made many, many cards..... Birthdays, Congratulations, Thank You, Festive Time, Get Well, Encouragement, Sympathy, Thinking of You, for Special Someone and even for when you are at a Loss for Words. Some are no longer in stock but if you are interested in anyone of them, just sing out.
I sure hope you enjoy viewing my cards as much as I enjoy making them.

File in Style

Inexpensive blank file boxes waiting for you to stretch your creativity.

I found that stippling on the file boxes such great fun, transforming blank white boxes into somthing attractive.
I have tried stamping and colouring. They make a great Teachers' Day gift. I am sure decoupaged, it will take on a class of its own.

Pottery Place

Visit My Pottery Place.
Not the best but hey, I did it!

Class Glass

Again another of my "Save the earth" project. Make them look pretty and reuse those empty jars. I must say I was pleased as punch when I look at the array of glass bottles in my pantry. They look so pretty even if I say so myself.

Timeless Tapestry

Every finished piece of cross stitch commands praise (even though it may be self praise).
Behind are many knots and cross overs, an apt depiction of life. We do not have the total picture. How we grouse and grizzle over the difficulties that life shoulders on us. Our finite mind cannot see the final workmanship until it is complete. So it is when God deals with us in the various intricacies of life. A reminder learned from my Pastor

Thinking of You

Thinking of You is for those times when for no special reason, a friend comes to mind. I am sure they will be touched.

Birthdays

Always nice to have someone remember our Birthdays. Let someone know we remember theirs, too!

That Special Someone

Don't wait for birthdays to remember the many Special Someone who leave a sweet scent in our lives. Impression without expression causes depression.

Scripture

What can be more effective than to encourage and build up a friend with Scripture. It is our Lamp and Light.

Congratulations

Congratulations are in order when there is a new baby, a graduation, a wedding and oh, any occasion that calls for a celebration!

Festive Time

Festive Time be it Christmas or Chinese New Year is another delightful time to remember family and friends.

Thank you

No deed too small for a "Thank You" ; no one too insignificant to appreciate... for their thoughtfulness, kindnesses and most of all, for their just being there for us.

Inspiration

Life has its ups and downs. When the going gets tough, friends need those little "perk me ups". C'mon, let's put that smile back on their faces with words of Encouragement to soldier on.

Get Well

Someone you know is under the weather? Get Well cards do brighten the hospital rooms a great deal.

Sympathy

Nothing beats being there for a friend. Often, words fail us. That's when a simple Sympathy card do come in handy.

Loss for Words

For for want of a better word, I call this last group Loss for Words since they are blank cards designed for all occasions.
